Here are the easy steps of yoga exercises for stress relief:
Lift up your both arms above your head. Put your left hand on your right wrist. Gently stretch to the right. Remain your body strong and straight. Breathe into the stretch. Change sides and repeat it again.
Rest your hands on your thighs. Breathe out. Slowly fold forward from your hips. Let your hands to drop towards the floor and hang freely. When you have stretched as far forward as you comfortably can, gently lower your head towards the floor and allow your back to round. Hold this position for four to seven deep breaths. Breathe in as you lift your head a little and slowly come back up.
